Cuts in museum and gallery service

Conservative Cllr Poll has decided to reduce costs in the museum service, not so much by streamlining the back services, but by reducing the opening hours. The Collection is due to be closed to last entry from 3.30pm in the afternoon, even in the height of summer! This, after a great deal of money has been spent on the buildings themselves and on encouraging tourism into Lincoln. Roll on, common sense.
